How To Connect Your Domain To Serlzo
Add a custom domain for your storefront, pages and email sending, then verify it with DNS records.
Access Serlzo
Visit Serlzo and navigate to the login page at serlzo.com. If you're new to Serlzo, kindly sign up first.
Why connect a domain
A custom domain is what makes your storefront and pages yours, and it's what verifies your sending reputation for email marketing.
Open Domain Configuration
From your Serlzo dashboard, click Integrations and select Domain Configuration from the dropdown, then click Add domain.
Add the domain
Enter a domain you own, then choose which areas of Serlzo should use it: Send emails - from the root domain or a subdomain - Courses, communities and products, and Sales pages and web pages.
Click Connect Domain to Serlzo.
Add the DNS records
Serlzo generates the records your domain needs - SPF, DKIM, CNAME, MX and DMARC. In a separate tab, log in to your domain registrar (Namecheap, GoDaddy, or wherever you bought the domain), open your DNS management settings, and paste each record across.
If you already have an SPF record - a TXT record whose value starts with “v=spf1” - merge Serlzo's include into it rather than adding a second one.
Verify the domain
Return to Serlzo and click Check verification. Records sit as Pending until they resolve - DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate globally, though it's usually much faster.
Once verified you can edit, disable or remove the domain from the same screen, and add products and funnels to it.
